We took the morning off from practice to go to the Mort Harris Rec Center on campus for some team building activities. The girls did a number of exercises to get to know each other better and improve their communication and teamwork. The second part of the session included rock climbing and learning to belay. Everyone had fun and learned some valuable lessons that we can carry over to the volleyball court.
